Having worked with another development company, Opotek faced a time-critical issue in having their online solution developed and delivered on time. Due to failures from another supplier, our team stepped in swiftly to provide an overall solution to solve the challenges being experienced by Opotek.

Strategy

The strategy was redefined due to the issues with the previous platforms and systems in place. Our team drafted a new proposal and got to work on a completely new system and platform to deliver a solution with some very tight deadlines. This included a full web platform, integrated serial number database lookup tools, and an eCommerce solution for service support and spare parts.

Approach

We took our initial brief, prepared a clear roadmap of deliverables and milestones for delivery, and got to work. We worked closely on-site with the client at every step of the process to ensure regular check-ins, opportunities to test and refine to ultimately reach the deadline for deployment, and delivery.
